In the News: Beneva Promotes Corey Nock to Manage Plantscapes Division

Beneva has promoted Corey Nock to lead the Plantscapes division of the business. Corey has been with the company for 6 years. In his new role as Plantscapes Supervisor, Corey will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the existing residential and commercial accounts and growing the Plantscapes division.

“We are confident in Corey’s ability to grow the business,” says Sage Patel, Chief Operating Officer of Beneva. “He has clearly demonstrated his ability to lead the Plantscapes team and service our Plantscapes accounts.”

Headshot of Corey NockServing both residential and commercial accounts, the Plantscapes division delivers, installs, and maintains trees, plants, living walls and holiday décor. Working indoors and outside, Corey and his team collaborate with clients to design more inviting spaces and healthier environments.

Notable commercial accounts include such businesses as Sarasota Ford, the Columbia Restaurant on Saint Armands Circle, and SUNZ Insurance in downtown Bradenton.

“I specialize in detail work with perfection always on my mind,” says Corey. “I love being part of Beneva, and I’m excited for this opportunity to help grow the plantscapes business.”

Before joining Beneva, Corey Jay Nock graduated from Valdosta State University in 2009 with an associate degree in environmental horticulture. He spent the next 14 years working for retail and wholesale nurseries, landscaping companies, and a private golf course. When he’s not working with plants, Corey loves to fish and be on the beach.

“Corey is a hard worker, and he’s grown into a great leader,” says David Shuel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Beneva. “We couldn’t be more psyched for him as he takes on this role for Beneva Plantscapes.”
