Giving Tuesday is November 28, and we here at Beneva are here to help you participate. The best way to do that? Through flowers, we say.

We don’t limit our giving to just one day; in fact, we’re devoted to being charitable year round. Flowers, as we all know, make a wonderful gift. They’re usually an unexpected gesture, a sweet reminder that we’re thought about and cared for, as well as a fresh and beautiful item to admire. Combine the giving of flowers with giving to your favorite charity, and it’s impossible not to feel good.

We make it possible through our Helping Hands program, which gives back to some of Sarasota’s most deserving institutions and organizations. The process is simple, too. As you’re selecting a fresh seasonal arrangement to send to that special someone (we love our Winter Berries below), just click the Helping Hands drop down menu and find your favorite organization in the long list of schools, causes and much more. Once your transaction is completed, we’ll make a 5% donation to the institution nearest and dearest to your heart.

Let’s be charitable together this season especially, but remember there are opportunities to give all year long. Flowers make the world a happier place, and in Sarasota, there are many organizations that can also benefit from spreading that happiness.
