We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
Due to the overwhelming amount of requests we receive for Valentine's Day, we will do our very best to accommodate all requests. Many customers are accepting the 12th or 13th for delivery to insure the flowers are enjoyed the whole day through on Valentine's Day.
Due to the high demand of Valentine's Day delivery. We can not guarantee any specific timed delivery requests. All orders will be delivered by 5pm to businesses and by 8pm to residences.
Delivery verifications are not available until one day following the date of delivery.
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge.
Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada
* Note all transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday. However, Monday will need to be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available.
Floral Order Delivery Times
Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and be subject to a 10.00 surcharge for re-delivery.
Order modifications resulting in Change Fees
All orders are processed within a few hours of being placed for delivery. There is a $5.00 change fee assigned to any order that requires changes or updates after the first hour of being placed. Changes to card messages or delivery addresses in advance can be very time consuming and difficult to complete. We encourage everyone to PLEASE review your receipt to insure all information is correct so we can insure a timely delivery with complete and correct information.
International Floral Deliveries
Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.
Gift Items Shipped Directly
Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to guarantee shipment to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 7 to 10 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.
With regards to gift baskets, minor substitutions of particular items may be necessary in order to expedite your order. Please clearly indicate in Special Instructions if for some reason this is not acceptable.

While we process your request the moment we receive it, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done with-in 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a mininium $10.00 per order for any order cancelled after this period of time.
As we are dealing with a fresh product, many variables may affect the condition of your arrangement. Depending on the type and variety of flower, you can expect cut stems to look beautiful for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 10 days.
Please report any issues within 2 days of receipt. We will gladly send a new arrangement to your recipient, and pick up the unsatisfactory arrangement. If you are still not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to pick up the item and refund your purchase price. Flowers must be returned in the same container in which they were received, if applicable.

• Breen’s Florist must be notified in the time frames indicated. Items will be picked up (and replacement product provided) based upon our delivery schedule. Clients are always welcome to bring the product into the flower shop for immediate return and replacement.
• Out of Town Product: If the product was sent via a third party to an out of town recipient,
Breen’s Florist needs to be notified of a problem within 2 days of receipt. The sending florist will be contacted for a replacement or refund, whichever is agreed upon per both parties involved. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.

Hand Delivery is the acutal handling and delivery of your floral arrangement by a local florist who will personally deliver your gift to the recipient's door.
Today, many companies try to compete for low price and end up sending flowers in a box overnight only to have them left at the door for the recipient to open and assemble.

The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
We do not accept requests for delivery at specific times of day.
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9pm.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Basic delivery fees will be applied and charged for redelivery. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5pm.

Shipping to Canada
All orders shipping to Canada will be subject to an additional 4.5% charge due to customs.
Beneva Flowers assumes no responsibility for damage on any pieces and items used for custom designs, whether direct, indirect, or incidental and however caused during the design process.
You understand that when placing an order on this website you are authorizing Beneva Flowers to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or bank account on file for the products or services you have requested in conjunction with the scheduled events you have entered into our database. You further understand that you may cancel these events at any time*, and these events, charges and/or transactions will persist until you cancel or delete them and that canceling or deleting one or more transaction(s), recipient(s) or event(s) may or may not have an effect on other remaining transactions, recipients, and/or events. On occasion additional requests may be requested or (typed in under special instructions) indicated which may require additional fees to expedite. You authorize Beneva Flowers to obtain these funds as necessary from the above named sources to complete the scheduled recurring events and transactions as you have instructed until you make such changes that would delete or suspend those events or transactions.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We understand that all deliveries are a priority and we treat each request that way. While most deliveries are made within a 4-6 hour window, they are not guaranteed. When Rush service is requested, your order is processed immediatly and ahead of all other orders. The delivery is handled manually and looked after until delivered. In many cases, rush delivery requests are completed in 2- 3 hours from the time the order is placed. Best of all, this service is guaranteed. There are also higher levels of Rush delivery that can be guaranteed in as little as 1 hour. Ask your customer service agent for details.
Gift Cards are always redeemable and may be combined with coupons online. Gift Cards and Suprise Savings Cards may only be used one per order.
Most products all include an additional $9.95 to cover the processing of your order. Aside from tax, there will be no other additional fees added to your order unless a priority or timed delivery has been requested by the sender. Products requiring direct shipping will indicate the shipping prices in place of the $9.95 fee.
